Big tobacco prevails in St. Louis lawsuit by hospitals

I was on this jury panel. alas, I suspect I was booted because of my involvement in a "get out the vote" activities sponsored by tobacco.

Kinda glad by the way if that was the "hospital's" position. also, it was strange; security at court building extra rude. Lack of training of deputies very evident and security was not the concern it seemed--being in charge seemed the goal.
